Merit Badge Counseling Every Merit Badge earned by a Scout must be administered and approved by a "registered" Merit Badge Counselor. Requirements
to be a Registerd MB Counselor (MBC) Share your knowledge from your career, hobbies or general areas of interest. You can use your talents to guide Scouts to complete requirements and earn the Merit Badges you are knowledgeable of.
