Our troop will be supporting this patriotic festival by selling parking spaces, bottled water and canned soft drinks.

We have the approval by the owners of Charles Wayne Property Management to utilize their property located at 640 Douglas Road, on the south-west corner of the Douglas Ave/Central Florida Parkway intersection in Altamonte Springs, to sell the parking spaces on this property for the Red Hot and Boom Fireworks show on this Saturday July 3, 2004.

There are approximately 153 marked parking spaces with about 75 unmarked places for cars. We are charging $5.00 per car and asking for donations. We are also selling water and soda to passersby for the fireworks show.

We're going to block off the parking lot at 8AM.

There are three (3) entrances.
One entrance we will blocked off the entire time.
Of the other two entrances:
The entrance on Douglas Ave. will be open all day.
The entrance on Central Florida Pkwy will be open around mid-day-ish when we have enough Scouts, Scout Leaders and Parents to adequately staff two entrances.

Altamonte police will also be on hand.

We will setup a popup canopy to sell water and soda.

The entertainment begins at 4PM and the firework show starts at 9:30 PM.

We will to maintain the parking lot up until around 8PM.

We will have to do cleanup on Sunday with trash pickup per our agreement with the owner.
