MS On April 26 & 27, 2008 Scouts, Leaders and Family Members of Troop 641 will pedal to help raise money for the National MS Society or will volunteer to help this great organization to insure a successful event. The National MS Society requires riders to be 12 years old and above. Click here to register to join our team and ride with us Click here to donate to support our riders and the National MS Society Each rider needs to gauge their own skills, abilities and participation level. A suggested training schedule appears below to give you an idea how to "build up" to the distances we'll be riding during the actual MS-150 event. Riders that are already "in shape" can increase the distances and reduce the time needed to work up to it. A "Proposed" Training Schedule Feb 23 or 24 - Ride 15 to 19 miles Mar 1 or 2 - Ride 20 to 25 miles Mar 8 or 9 - Ride 25 to 30 miles Mar 15 or 16 - Ride 30 to 35 miles Mar 22 or 23 - Ride 35 to 40 miles Mar 29 or 30 - Ride 40 to 45 miles Apr 5 or 6 - Ride 45 to 50 miles Apr 12 or 13 - Ride 55 to 60 miles Apr 19 or 20 - Ride 65 to 70 miles |

| Serving Boy Scout aged boys who are in the 6th through 12th grades (or 11 to 17 years of age) in the Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Maitland, Orlando, Winter Garden and other Central Florida Communities. |
